Rural King associates now have access to free YMCA memberships at the Mattoon and Toledo YMCA locations—a benefit designed to support your work-life balance.The program also includes discounted rates on a variety of youth and adult activities, including group fitness classes, swim lessons, and local sports leagues.
Throughout the year, associates can take part in wellness challenges designed to inspire healthy habits and build community. For those looking to take their fitness journey even further, personal training and childcare services are available for an additional fee—providing flexibility and support for every lifestyle.

RK Associates can have their YMCA membership fees paid through RK Cares. Please note this is a taxable benefit. Associates may be responsible for tax related to this membership.
